Política de cancelación

At Healthy Beginnings, we understand that life with a new baby can be unpredictable, and your time is incredibly valuable. In return, we ask that you respect the time reserved for your visit so I can continue to provide quality care for all families. ❗Cancellations & Rescheduling Please notify me at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your scheduled time may be subject to a 50% cancellation fee. Cancellations made within 4 hours of your appointment will be considered short notice and will be charged in full. No-shows (missed appointments without notice or arriving 30 minutes late or more) will be charged the full session fee. ⏰ Late Arrivals If you are 15–29 minutes late, your session may be shortened out of respect for other scheduled clients. If you are 30 minutes or more late, the appointment will be marked as a no-show, and the full session fee will apply. 💬 How to Cancel or Reschedule Please reach out as soon as possible by: 📞 Phone/Text: 850.982.6103 📧 Email: llchealthybeginnings@gmail.com 🚗 In-Person Consultation Travel Fee Travel within a 15-mile radius from 5 Points in Pace, FL is included in your consultation fee. For distances beyond 15 miles (calculated using the shortest route on Google Maps), an additional travel fee of $1 per mile will apply. This fee will be invoiced separately. Please feel free to reach out if you have questions about your location or travel fees prior to your visit—I’m happy to clarify anything! If something comes up, don’t hesitate to let me know. I’m always happy to work with you when possible, especially during this tender season of life with a newborn.
